This wikiHow teaches you how to sync your open tabs in Chrome across all your devices, and open a web page you're currently viewing on another device in a new tab on your computer.
Steps

1Open Google Chrome on your computer. The Chrome icon looks like a three-colored circle with a blue dot at the center. It will open up to your home page.

2Click the three vertical dots icon. This button is located next to the address bar in the upper-right corner of your browser window. It will open a drop-down menu.Advertisement

3Click the blue SIGN IN TO CHROME button. It's located under the People heading in the upper-right corner of your Settings menu. This button will open a new pop-up window to sign in with your Google account.

4Sign in with your Google account. Use your Google email address and password to sign in to Chrome on your device.

5Click Sync. This option appears below your account name under the People heading when you sign in with your Google account. It will open your "Advanced sync settings" page.

6Make sure the Sync everything switch is On. The switch looks blue when it's turned on. This option will allow you to sync your tabs, history, and other browser information across all your mobile and desktop devices.
- If you only want to sync your tabs, you can turn off all the other switches except Open Tabs.

7Click the three vertical dots icon. It's located in the upper-right corner of your screen. It will open a drop-down menu.

8Hover over History on the menu. This will open a secondary sub-menu.

9Click the page you want to open. All your tabs from other devices will appear at the bottom of the History sub-menu. Clicking a page will open it in a new tab.Advertisement
