Steps

1Open the Gmail app on your iPhone or iPad. The Gmail icon looks like a white envelope with a red lining around it. You can find it on your home screen, or in an app folder.

2Tap the email with the attachment. Find the email you want to open in your mailbox, and tap on it. This will open the selected email's contents on a new page.

3Tap the attachment you want to open at the bottom of the email. Attachments are listed at the bottom of the email's body. Tap on the attachment you want to view.
- Tapping will allow you to view the attached file in full-screen. This can be an image, audio, or a document file.
