How to Move Bookmarks on Chrome on Android

This wikiHow teaches you how to move a bookmarked web page to a different folder in Google Chrome's Bookmark Manager, using Android.

Steps

Open the Google Chrome browser on your Android. Find and tap the
icon on your Apps menu to open Chrome.

Tap the three vertical dots icon. This button is in the upper-right corner of your browser. It will open a drop-down menu.

Tap Bookmarks on the menu. This will open a list of all the folders in Chrome's Bookmark Manager.
- If you don't have any folders, it will open up to a list of all your bookmarks on the Bookmarks bar.

Tap a bookmark folder. This will open the contents of the selected folder, and show a list of all the bookmarked web pages in it.

Tap the three dots icon next to a bookmark. Find the bookmark you want to move on the list, and tap the dots icon on the right-hand side of your screen. Your options menu will pop up.

Select Move from your options. This will open a list of all the folders and sub-folders in your Bookmark Manager.
- A blue checkmark is displayed next to this bookmark's current folder on the list.

Select a destination folder for your bookmark. This will move your bookmark to the selected folder, and take you back to the full list of your bookmarked pages.
