How to Mix a 666 Cocktail

This cocktail may have a devilish name but the taste is anything but evil. Named after the 6 members of the famous Luxardo family it's a wonderful addition to any happy hour.

Ingredients

1 ounce Sambuca
1/2 ounce Raspberry Liqueur
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 egg white

Steps

Pour the Sambuca into a cocktail shaker. The preferred type of this mix is Luxardo Sambuca Passione Nera but you could use any other Sambuca if in a pinch.

Add the raspberry liqueur into the shaker.

Add the pineapple juice to the shaker.

Add the lemon juice to the shaker.

Add the egg white to the shaker.

Add ice and shake well. Lift cocktail shaker and shake side to side vigorously for 15 seconds.

Stain. Using a bar strainer strain into a cocktail glass.
