How to Master Sneak Fast in Skyrim

In Skyrim, sneak is a very useful skill. You can assassinate and pickpocket easier and can use your gained perks on other skills other than sneak! At a high enough level, sneak can even allow you to evade enemies. Read on to learn how to upgrade this useful skill quickly.

Steps

Have a dagger. This is very important.

Gain entrance to High Hrothgar on The Throat of the World. (This is achieved by getting further in the story)

Once you get done with the Greybeards' training in the Thu'um, stand at the main entrance.

Go down the corridor to the right and sneak while doing so.

Pull out those lethal daggers and you will see a Greybeard meditating at an altar.

Go behind him, save and turn the difficulty to maximum (this way you may score more hits and not wait for him to recharge health as much)

Beat on him and attack.

Once he either stands up or notices you, run and hide around the corner down the stairs. (If you have the Silent Roll perk for sneak, use it!)

Repeat process until your sneak is level 100!

To be safe, always quicksave every 5 levels or so. This will ensure that you can safely make progress without being caught.

Warnings

You attack one, you get them all! The Greybeards are very lethal together between their spells and their Shouts. Get out as fast as you possibly can!
