Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tsp honey
- Raspberries (a handful is recommended but you can add as much as you want)
- 2 cups skimmed milk

1Gather your ingredients and other items you will need. See "Ingredients" and "Things You'll Need" sections above and below.

2Add in the oats, honey, raspberries, and skimmed milk into the blender.

3Blend until smooth. For added freshness, add a few ice cubes within the mix if you'd like.

4Pour into glasses. If you didn't want to blend the ice cubes in, add them in afterwards if you would like without blending them.
