Just came back from school and didn't find anything to eat ? Don't order up just head to the kitchen and make something quick and healthy !

Ingredients

  • Cucumber
  • tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • small size spaghetti : "Coquillettes"

Steps

    Wash The Cucumber & the tomatoes.

    Boil water for the spaghetti.
  3. 3
    Chop the vegetables to tiny pieces.
  4. 4
    When the water boils put a little bit of salt in the water and then the spaghetti , make sure the amount you put is right don't put too much , pick small size spaghetti called "Coquillettes"

    Put them in the water and boil the for about ~12 mins while you chop one small size onion into VERY small pieces.

    Put the onion and the tomatoes and the cucumber (all chopped) in a big bowl.

    When the spaghetti are done get rid of the water, then wash them with cold water and add them to the vegetables.

    For the dressing you will need : 2 tablespoons of Olive oil , 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 3 dashes of salt* (optional, you can add as much salt as you want).

    Finished.
