Just came back from school and didn't find anything to eat ? Don't order up just head to the kitchen and make something quick and healthy !
Ingredients
- Cucumber
- tomatoes
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- vinegar
- salt
- small size spaghetti : "Coquillettes"
Steps

1Wash The Cucumber & the tomatoes.

2Boil water for the spaghetti.

3Chop the vegetables to tiny pieces.

4When the water boils put a little bit of salt in the water and then the spaghetti , make sure the amount you put is right don't put too much , pick small size spaghetti called "Coquillettes"

5Put them in the water and boil the for about ~12 mins while you chop one small size onion into VERY small pieces.

6Put the onion and the tomatoes and the cucumber (all chopped) in a big bowl.

7When the spaghetti are done get rid of the water, then wash them with cold water and add them to the vegetables.

8For the dressing you will need : 2 tablespoons of Olive oil , 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 3 dashes of salt* (optional, you can add as much salt as you want).

9Finished.
Warnings
- Do not totally close the lid while boiling the spaghetti, leave it half openThanks!
