How to Make a Northern Spy

This top-secret cocktail is reminiscent of James Bond and other wily spies! It is often a crowd-pleaser for fall and autumn months as well as Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce (28 g) Applejack brandy
  • 1⁄2 ounce (14 g) apple cider
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 1/3 apricot liquor
  • Cava and/or sparkling white wine

Steps

    Pour the Applejack brandy into a cocktail shaker.
