Once your drink mix is ready, keep it in the refrigerator for up to a week before enjoying it in a variety of cocktail recipes!

Sweet and Sour Mix
- 3 c (710 mL) of water
- 3 cups (600 g) of white sugar
- 2 c (470 mL) of fresh lemon juice
- 2 c (470 mL) of fresh lime juice

- 1 fl oz (30 mL) of bourbon
- 1.75 fl oz (52 mL) of sweet and sour mix
- Orange peel, for garnish
- Cocktail cherry, for garnish

- 0.5 fl oz (15 mL) of Cointreau
- 1 fl oz (30 mL) of sweet and sour mix

1Combine water and sugar into a big saucepan over medium heat. Pour 3 c (710 mL) of tap water into the saucepan, then add in 3 cups (600 g) of white granulated sugar. To get things going, set your stovetop to medium heat.[1]
