QuestionThe list of ingredients don't call for coriander or green chilies. What amount of each should be used? Should I use coriander that's dried, or fresh?
Community AnswerCoriander and green chilies are very particular taste palates. Some people like lots of green chilies (for spice); others, not so much. Add as much as you want! As for coriander, it is generally better fresh, as it can be quite dry when fried. -
QuestionBenefits of ladyfingers?
Community AnswerThey fill up your belly. Okra is a vegetable, but the frying really nullifies its health benefits.
