Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 pounds chicken pieces, figure on about 8 pieces of chicken total to serve 4 people generously
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable shortening or vegetable oil

    Spray a slow cooker pot with nonstick cooking spray.

    Add vegetable shortening or cooking oil to a large skillet. Heat over medium-high flame.
