Ingredients
- 1 box of Penne noodles
- 4 peppers, one of each color (red, yellow, orange, green)
- 1 shallot/onion (if you can't find a shallot, an onion is fine)
- Minced garlic
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 1 stick of butter
- Vegetable oil
- Jerk seasoning (mild or spicy your preference)
- Salt and pepper
- Chicken breast
- Lemon juice
- 3/4 cup water

Part 1 of 3:Preparing the Noodles

1Clean the chicken with lemon juice. Cut chicken into strips and season chicken with jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper. Put chicken in a bowl and place seasoned chicken in the refrigerator.

2Salt the water and bring the water to boil in a pot.

3Pour in the penne noodles. Cover pot. Occasionally stir the pot. Test to see if the noodles are cooked by tasting it. If it's soft, it's done.

4Drain noodles over a bowl. Return noodles to pot. Set a cup of the pasta's water aside.

5Dice peppers and onions/shallot. Make sure peppers are separated from the shallot/onion.

6Place frying pan on stove put on medium heat. Fill the vegetable oil cap with oil and pour in pan. Place peppers in pan.

7Cook peppers until sautéed. Place peppers in pot with cooked noodles.

1Cut a half stick of butter.

2Place frying pan on stove. Put half a stick of the butter on the pan. Let it melt. Put all the chicken into frying pan. Cook on medium heat.

3Move the chicken around in frying pan with wooden spoon.

4Let chicken cook for 10-15 minutes. Cut chicken open to see if its cooked on the inside.

5Place the chicken in the pot with the noodles.

1Wash frying pan. Place the frying pan on fire with medium heat.

2Put the other half stick of butter in pan.

3Place your onion/shallot in frying pan.

4Put 3 tablespoons of minced garlic in pan.

5Add 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese in pan.

6Pour all of the heavy cream in frying pan. This will create a white sauce.

7Stir the ingredients together for 5 minutes.

8Sprinkle mozzarella cheese in sauce to your liking.

9Pour the sauce in the pot with the noodles, chicken, and peppers.

10Pour a cup of the pasta water onto the pasta.

11Mix ingredients together. Enjoy.
