The gracious members at Suzy-Q's Bakery Shoppe compiled a Bakery Shoppe cookbook that was self-published in 1999. Some of the best recipes were shared by group members and here is one of them. The recipe was called Sinful Pasta in the cookbook and is from Mary Lucas.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup, condensed, probably around 10 3/4 ounces
- 12 ounces mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can Nacho cheese flavored soup, condensed, about 10 3/4 ounces
- 1 cup butter, melted, 2 sticks
- 2 eggs
- 2 large cans evaporated milk, about 12 ounces for each can
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Steps

1Bring salted water to a boil.

2Add elbow macaroni and cook until just tender. Drain.Advertisement

3Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C).

4Add remaining ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well.

5Stir in macaroni.

6Spray a large casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

7Pour pasta mixture into prepared casserole dish.

8Bake 45 to 50 minutes until golden.
