Who doesn't like cappuccino? Nothing can be better than hot cappuccino on a cold winter evening. What's more, is that making one has become so easy with all those instant cappuccino sachets available in most stores. However, many complain of not getting that "foamy" texture in an instant cappuccino. Well, this is a simple solution!
Ingredients
- Instant cappuccino sachet
- Sugar
- Milk
Steps

1Boil 200ml of milk in a small milk pot and bring it to a boil.

2In the meantime, empty your instant cappuccino sachet in to your serving cup.Advertisement

3Once milk has come to a boil, simmer it, take 2-3 tablespoons of the milk and pour it into your cappuccino powder. It will start fizzing and will eventually stop.

4Mix the milk and powder vigorously, this will stimulate foam formation when you add the remaining milk.

5Now pour in the hot milk from a little distance above the cup.

6Add in sugar, to taste. Then stir stir stir!
