Fried Maggi noodles is a style of cooking instant noodles, in particular the Maggi product range, which is common in Malaysia. It is commonly served at Indian Muslim (or mamak) food stalls. People love this food because it is very simple to make yet very mouth-watering!
Ingredients
- One packet Maggi 2-minute noodles Kari
- One egg
- 10 ml of chili sauce
- 15 ml of tomato ketchup
- 10 ml of dark soy sauce
- Three prawns
- 30 g of mustard greens
- 30 g of tomatoes (cut into quarters )
- 30 g of bean curd
- A slice of lime
Steps

1Blanch the Maggi 2-minute noodles Kari in a pot. After the Maggi noodles are soft, strain them and set them aside.

2Get a wok and heat up some oil.Advertisement

3Crack the egg into the wok.

4Add in the chili sauce, tomato ketchup and dark soy sauce.

5Add in the prawns (prawns should take about 3 to 4 minutes to cook).

6Add in the blanched noodles, along with the Maggi curry seasoning.

7Add mustard greens, tomatoes and bean curd.

8Stir this mix well.

9Add in the flavouring that you want, maybe a pinch of salt or any readily made paste of the fried Maggi noodles. Give the noodles a good stir until everything is well mixed.

10Cook bits of eggs, both whites and yolk, and add to the noodle mixture.
