Ingredients
- 2 cups of Haitian mushrooms
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves of garlic (crushed/ chopped)
- 1/2 block of coconut cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves
- 2 cups of long grain rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 green scotch bonnet pepper
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
- Pinch of black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup of cooked Lima beans or green beans
Steps

1Boil about 2 cups of Haitian mushrooms in about 4 cups of water on low heat for 20 minutes

3Sauté the onions, and garlic in a lightly-oiled iron-cast pot until they are browned.
