Method 2
Method 2 of 4:Cook the Crispy Pancakes
Method 2
-
1Turn the stove on to the nine-o'clock angle.
-
2Pour on a spot of the grape seed oil on the heated pan.
-
3Rub this around the surface of the pan with a tissue, to create a shiny glaze.
-
4Pour on about half of your batter onto the pan and circle the mixture around to form a perfect circle.
-
5Leave the batter to cook for about two or three minutes before flipping over.
-
6Once you have flipped the pancake over, leave on the pan for another minute or two, before slipping carefully onto a plate.
-
7Grab a spread, or filling to put across one side of your pancake.
-
8Spread the chosen filling across the pancake, covering the entire circle.
-
9Roll the hot pancake up, using a knife and fork.
-
10Whilst rolling up, a good idea is to spread excess spread/filling across the area of pancake you are folding up.
-
11Once you are finished rolling up, cut the pancake into roughly five or six pieces.
-
12To add extra detail, you could sprinkle some icing sugar on top, or add some strawberries on the side to compliment the filling.Advertisement
Method 3
Method 3 of 4:Preparing things.
Method 3
-
1Getting the pancake mix ready. Ge the pancake mix and make the batter by using egg, milk or water and a little bit of oil. Mix until soft and smooth.
-
2Preparing the pan. Heat the pan to 4 or 6. Get the same oil that you used for the batter and spread around the pan.
-
3Wait till the pan is hot. In order to cook the pancake, you want the pan ready to cook.Advertisement
Method 4
Method 4 of 4:Making the pancake
Method 4
-
1Flipping the pancake. Put the batter on the pan and heat the pan to 5 or 6. Then wait 5 minutes. When flipping the pancake you want the batter that's not cooked which is on the top like spread around the pancake but not big.
-
2Smooshing it. Get the spatula and press it down. Lower the heat to 3 and wait 5 minutes.
-
3Checking the pancake. Get a toothpick or the spatula and make a hole. For the spatula, if you can't make a hole then that means it ready the same for the toothpick if there's no batter on it then it's ready. But wait for 3 more minutes even if its ready.
-
4Making sure it's ready. Now flip the pancake onto a plate and eat it.Advertisement
