Ingredients

  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 green capsicum (bell pepper-medium sized)
  • 1 red capsicum (medium size)
  • 1 yellow capsicum (small)
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 4 or 5 flakes of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt as required
  • A few spring onion (scallions) for garnishing

    Chop the capsicums (bell peppers) into thin strips.

    Grind the garlic and red chilli powder into a smooth paste.
