Ingredients
For the Noodles [2]
- 2 (7-ounce) refrigerated udon noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces beef top sirloin filet, thinly sliced across the grain
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 6 ounces broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, diced
For the Sauce [3]
- ⅓ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1Prepare the sauce mixture. Whisk the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ground black pepper. Set aside for later use.

3Cook the beef in an iron skillet with the olive oil. Over medium-high heat, fry and cook the beef well until it is no longer pink, taking about 3-4 minutes on both sides.

4Stir in the broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Mix until well-combined, cooking until tender.

5Fold in the noodles and sauce mixture. Mix again until fully combined, stirring for about 2-3 minutes. Shut off the stove.
