How to Join an Uber Business Account

You can only join your company's business Uber account once you receive an email invite from the admin of that account. If you don't have an email invite, then you won't be able to join it. This wikiHow teaches you how to join your company's Uber business account using an account invitation.

Steps

    Open your email. You can complete these steps to join a Uber business account on your desktop computer or a mobile phone/tablet.

    Open the email from "uber@uber.com." If you're not seeing it in your Inbox, look in your Spam folder as well.

    Click Get Started. The email will outline the benefits of joining your company's Uber business account, and you'll see the blue button in the middle of the email.
    • You'll be redirected to the Uber login.

    Login to your or create an Uber account. If you already have a personal Uber account, you'll use that information to log in here. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free.

    Click Join. Once you create an Uber account or login to your personal account, you'll see a page that summarizes your company account. Tap Join to continue.[1]
