Open Cash App on your Android. It's the green icon with a white dollar sign inside. You'll usually find it on the home screen or in the app drawer.

Select a contact. If the person you want to invite is not one of your Android or Google contacts, type enter their phone number or email address into the ″To″ field instead.

Tap Invite. Cash App will send an email or SMS message (depending on the contact you selected) that contains a sign-up link.
