When you’re talking to a really smart guy, you might feel some pressure to prove yourself or your intelligence. However, impressing a smart guy isn’t hard, even if you don’t feel like the most intelligent person in the room. Keep reading to learn how you can make a great impression and keep a smart guy interested with just a few easy tactics.

Dress well.

Your appearance says a lot about you. If you’re dressing to impress, make sure you’re wearing clean, well-fitting clothes that flatter your body. Run a brush through your hair and make sure your breath smells good before you approach a smart guy to start talking.^{[1]
