Obtaining the Regis in Sapphire is difficult, but here are some tips to help you.

Steps

    Catch a Relicanth and a Wailord.

    Put Relicanth at the front of your team, and Wailord at the back.

    Go to Pacifidlog Town, and Surf southeast until you reach a dive spot with six rocks.

    Use Dive at the dive spot. Go south to find some braille.

    Dive up, and you will be in a sealed chamber. Use Dig at the top braille.

    Go inside the hole and read the top braille. There will be an earthquake.

    To get Registeel, fly to Lilycove and go west until you find more Braille.

    It's somewhere around the bottom of the route. Just try heading south, and you should find the cave. You'll know you're close when you see a Ruin Maniac.

  • HM dive, surf, strength, rock smash, and fly TM Dig
