Steps

Tap the Messages app to open it. This is a green icon with a white chat bubble on it.

Tap on the conversation with the message you want to forward.

Tap and hold the message you would like to forward. A menu will appear on the bottom of your screen.

Tap More… at the bottom of the screen.

Click the arrow
at the bottom right of the screen. This arrow is outlined in blue.

Type in the number of the person you're sending the message to. You can type their name if you have their contact information saved, or enter their phone number.

Click the small arrow next to your message to send it.
