Egg white masks have many benefits for your skin. Egg white masks help acne and wrinkles. Also, eggs are cheap and high on protein. There are many expensive egg white masks that come in many tubes and containers, but making your own is just as good and cheap.

Steps

  1. 1
Take a small covered plastic container,..like a small butter tub....crack an egg white, no yolk, in it.
  2. 2
Every day for 3 or 4 days...wet your face, touch your fingertips to a small amount of egg white,...smooth over your face. Let dry until you look like a wrinkled old woman...then wash off.
  3. 3
Cover the tub and put it in fridge. Use for two weeks, pour it out and put a new egg white in it.
  4. 4
Repeat once a week or so...the protein tends to 'feed' your face with no chemicals, cleans pores..tightens skin...

You should do both. Washing your face first gets rid of the excess dirt and oil, making the mask more effective. Washing your face afterwards gets rid of any residue that might be leftover from the mask.
