Backward rolls look easy, but sometimes can be hard to master. This guide will hopefully help you accomplish them.
Steps
-
1Stand. Stand up with your legs and back straight and your hands at your sides.
-
2Crouch. Crouch down onto your knees.
-
3Begin to roll. Roll backwards, onto your back
-
4Gather your legs. Put your hands just below your hips to hold your legs up into the air. (Like a back stand.)
-
5Flop your legs down. Let your legs fall backwards to your side.
-
6Sit up. Use your arms to help you sit back up.
- Congratulations! You've finished!
-
7Finished.
