Steps

Open your iPhone's settings. This is the grey gear icon on one of your Home screens (or a folder named "Utilities").

Scroll to the third group of apps and tap Siri.

Slide the Access When Locked button left to the "Off" position. It should turn grey. Siri will no longer be accessible while your phone is locked.
