How to Delete an Issuu Account

This wikiHow teaches you how to delete your Issuu account. You can delete your free or paid Issuu account in the Billing menu when you log in to Issuu. An email is sent to you asking you to confirm that you want to delete your account. After you delete your account Issuu cannot recover it.^{[1]

Steps

Go to https://issuu.com/ in a web browser. You can use any web browser on PC or Mac. You can use Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, or any other web browser.
- If you are not already logged in to Issuu, click Log In in the upper-right corner and log in with the email address and password associated with your Issuu account.

Click the profile icon. It's the icon that has a red outline drawing that resembles a person. It's in the upper-right corner of the website. This displays a drop-down menu for your account.

Click Account Settings. It's in the drop-down menu for the profile icon. This displays your account settings and information.

Click Billing. It's the fifth tab at the top of the account settings page. This displays the billing information and summary.

Scroll down and click Delete My Account. It's the grey button at the bottom of the Billing page. This sends an email to your account.

Check your email. An email with a confirmation link is sent to you when you click "Delete My Account" on the web page. If you don't see the confirmation email, check your Spam or Junk mail folder.

Click the confirmation link in the email. When you get the confirmation email from Issuu, open the email and click the confirmation link.

Answer the question and click Delete My Account. The confirmation link in the email takes you to a web page that asks if you are sure you want to delete your account. It contains a multiple choice question asking why you want to delete your email. Click the radial button next to the answer you agree with. If none of the answers apply, click the radial button next to "Other" and write a brief description in the box at the bottom of the screen. Click Delete My Account when you are finished. A final confirmation email is sent to you informing you that your Issuu account has been deleted.
