How to Delete a Site on Wix on PC or Mac

This wikiHow teaches you how to delete a saved website from your Wix account and remove it from the internet, using a desktop internet browser.

Steps

    Open Wix in your internet browser. Type www.wix.com into the address bar, and hit ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return on your keyboard.
    • If you're not automatically signed in, click the Sign In button on the top-right. This will allow you to sign in with your email and password.

    Click your username in the upper-right corner of your screen. This will open a drop-down menu.

    Click View Profile on the drop-down menu. This will open your My Account page.

    Click the My Sites button. This button is in the upper-left corner of your screen. It will show you a list of all your saved websites on a drop-down menu.

    Select the website you want to delete. This will open the editing screen for the selected website.

    Click the blue Manage Site button. This button is located on a picture of your website's main page towards the upper-left corner of your screen. It will let you change your website's settings.

    Click the Delete Site icon under the Site Actions heading. This button looks like a trash icon at the top of your website's settings. You will have to confirm your action in a new pop-up window.

    Click the red Delete button in the confirmation window. It will confirm your action, and delete this website.
