1Open your iPhone's Settings. Do so by tapping the great gear icon on one of your Home screens (it may be hiding in a folder named "Utilities").

3Slide the green Ask Before Deleting switch left to the "Off" position. It should turn grey. Now when you delete an email from the stock Mail app, it will be deleted immediately without going to the trash folder.
