This wikiHow teaches you how to create a physical photo book made of your Google Photos using an iPhone or iPad. As of January 2018, photo books are only available in Canada and the United States.

Creating a Photobook by Selecting Photos

Open Google Photos on your iPhone or iPad. It’s a white icon with a multicolored pinwheel icon inside, typically found on the home screen. If you’re not already signed in to your Google account, sign in now.

Tap ☰. It’s at the top-left corner of the screen.

Tap Photo books.

Tap + Start a book.

Tap Select.

Select photos to add. Tap each photo you want to appear in the book. Photo books can contain between 20 and 100 photos.^{[1]

Tap Done. It’s at the top-right corner of the screen. This saves the selected photos to your book draft.

Tap the shopping cart button. It’s at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Your photo book draft will be saved for 90 days. If you don’t want to order the book now, you can come back and do so any time during that time period.

Follow the on-screen instructions to place your order. The price of a photo book starts at $9.99, though extra features can increase the price.

Creating a Photobook from an Album

Tap Albums. It’s at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the album you want to add.

Tap Create photo book. This creates a draft of your photo book.
