This wikiHow teaches you how to email your questions, suggestions or account requests to Match.com's customer service via their online contact form. You'll receive an email reply within 48 hours.
Steps

1Open Match.com in your internet browser. Type https://www.match.com into the address bar, and press ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return on your keyboard.

2Click Contact Us under "Help/FAQs" at the bottom. You can find this option in the gray footer area at the bottom of the home page. It will open the help page.

3Click the Contact Us icon below the search bar. This button looks like an envelope icon below the "What do you need help with?" search bar on the help page. It will open your contacting options.

4Click the Email Us option under Contact Us. This will open the customer service contact form on a new page.
- You can see the service days and hours here.

5Select a category for your message. Click the Select a Category drop-down, and select a category to forward your message to the relevant department.

6Fill out your personal information on the message form. You will have to enter your email address, first name, and last name here.
- You can also enter your username, zip code, and phone number.
- If you're messaging about a browser or mobile app issue, make sure to select your internet browser or enter your mobile make/model at the bottom of the form.

7Enter your message in the "Question" area. Click the text box under Question, and type your message here.

8Click the blue Send button. It's in the lower-right corner of the form. It will submit your question to the support team.
- You may have to confirm in a pop-up window.
- You will see a message saying "Your Question has been Submitted."
- You will usually receive a reply within 48 hours.

9Click No, email my question in the pop-up. Based on the category you select, you may be offered some quick solutions when you hit send.
- If you see this window, click No to send your message to the support team.
- If you don't see this window, your message will be sent automatically.
