1Take an onion.

2Remove the root node from it.

3Remove the shoot node from the other side of the onion.

4Remove the outer epidermal layer of the onion.

5Remove the outer dried layer from the onion.

6Wash it under the running water.

7Take a vegetable chopper.

8Cut the onion into two pieces.

9Place one piece of onion over the metallic frame of the vegetable chopper.

10Close the upper cover of the chopper with little force as this would help in chopping the onion.

11With more pressure, close the cover completely.

12Remove the cover and see the chopped pieces.

13Repeat the same steps as mentioned above to chop the other piece of the onion.
