How to Check Starbucks Gift Card Balance on iPhone or iPad

This wikiHow teaches you how to find your Starbucks gift card balance when you’re using an iPhone or iPad.

Using the Starbucks App

Open Starbucks on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the green and white goddess icon typically found on the home screen.

Sign in to your Starbucks account.

Tap Pay. If you have already added a gift card, you’ll find your remaining balance at the top-left corner of the screen. If you haven’t yet added the gift card, continue with this method.

Tap + Add card.

Enter the gift card number. This is the number on the front of the card.

Enter the card’s PIN. This is an 8-digit code on the back of the card. You may need to scratch off the silver sticker to reveal it.

Tap Add. The gift card is now added and the balance will appear on the screen.

Using a Web Browser

Open your web browser. You can use Safari or any other web browser on your phone or tablet to check your gift card balance.

Typehttps://starbucks.com/card into the address bar and tap Go. The Starbucks gift card site will load.

Scroll down to the “Check Balance” section.

Enter the gift card number. This is the number on the front of the card.

Enter the security code. This is the number on the back of the card. If you don’t see a number, scratch off the silver foil sticker to reveal it.

Tap Check Balance. This displays the amount of money remaining on your card.
