To check app usage time in iOS 9 & above, go to “Settings” → “Battery” → Tap the time icon → Review the time listed under each app.

    Tap the “clock” icon. This icon will be located to the right of “Last 24 Hours/Last 7 Days,” at the top of the "Battery Usage Section."

    Review the time listed under each app. You will see specific amounts of time in blue text under the name of each app in the list. This time represents how much the app has been used within the given time period.[1]
