This wikiHow teaches you how to adjust the video playback quality on Neverthink using an Android, iPhone, or iPad. By default, Neverthink adjusts video quality automatically based on the speed of your internet connection. If you'd rather have more control over playback, you can opt to always display videos in either the highest or lowest-possible quality.

1Open the Neverthink app on your phone or tablet. You'll usually find it on your home screen, in the app drawer, or by searching. Look for the icon with the letters "nt" on a background of multicolored squares.
- Video playback quality can only be adjusted on Neverthink's mobile app.

2Tap Settings. It's at the bottom-left corner of the app.

3Tap Preferred Quality or Quality. One of these two options will appear in the menu.

4Select your desired quality. Auto adjusts the playback quality automatically based on your internet speed, while the High and Low options always play the highest or lowest-possible quality. Auto is the default option. Once you select a quality level, the change will take effect immediately.
- Choose Low if your videos have been loading slowly or appear choppy during playback.
