This wikiHow teaches you how to increase or decrease the intensity of the colors in a photo on your iPhone.
Steps

1Open your iPhone's Photos. It's the multicolored pinwheel icon on the Home Screen.

2Tap an album. You should have several albums listed here, including "All Photos" and "Videos".
- If you don't see any albums, tap Albums in the bottom right corner of the screen.

3Select a photo to edit.

4Tap the slider icon. It's on the bottom of the screen, to the left of the garbage can icon.

5Tap the knob. It's to the right of the three overlapping circles at the bottom of the screen.

6Tap the downward-facing arrow to the right of Color.

7Tap Saturation.

8Swipe the slider left or right. The slider at the bottom of the screen controls the saturation of your selected photo. Dragging it left will increase the photo's color intensity, while dragging it right will decrease the intensity.
