How to Change Your Shipping Address on the Wish App

This wikiHow teaches you how to update your shipping address in the Wish mobile app. Whether you're using an Android, iPhone, or iPad, it's easy to update your shipping address in your settings. If you've already placed an order and need to update your shipping address, you'll be able to do so as long as the order hasn't yet shipped.

Before Placing an Order

Open Wish on your phone or tablet. It's the blue icon with a white "w" inside. You can find this app on one of your Home screens, in the app drawer, or by searching.

Tap the menu icon ☰. It's the three horizontal lines at the top-right corner (Android) or the bottom-right corner (iPhone/iPad) of the screen.

Tap Settings. It's at the bottom of the hamburger menu.

Tap Manage Addresses. You'll see this near the middle of the menu.

Tap Edit below your current address. This opens your address for editing.^{[1]

- If you don't have an address saved with Wish, tap Add New Address to add one now.

Update your address and tap Save (Android) or Save Shipping Address (iPhone/iPad). Your address change is now up-to-date.

Tap your order. This displays the contents of your order.

Tap Contact Support. This is the blue button at the bottom of the screen. This opens the Wish Assistant.

Follow the prompts from the Wish Assistant. The Wish Assistant (a virtual bot) will provide instructions for creating an address change request. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, your address will be updated soon after creating the ticket.
