This wikiHow teaches you to change what region your FaceTime account is set to, which ensures that domestic calls from your contact list use the country code matching your region.
Steps
-
1Open the iPhone's Settings. This is the grey icon with gears on the home screen.
-
2Scroll down and tap FaceTime. This is in the fifth set of options.
-
3Slide the FaceTime button to the On position (if necessary). When set to On, the button will turn green and a list of options will appear.
-
4Sign in with your Apple ID (if necessary). Enter your Apple ID email and password and tap Sign in.
-
5Tap your Apple ID. This will appear under the FaceTime toggle button at the top.
-
6Tap Change Location.
-
7Tap Region.
-
8Select a region from the list. Your selected region will appear on the right side of the “Region” button.
-
9Tap Save. Now when calling people from your contacts with FaceTime will automatically use the country code of the region you've chosen.
- An area code is still required if you are calling outside of your phone’s own region or area code.
- You can still enter full numbers with country codes manually when using FaceTime, regardless of which region you are set to.

Community AnswerOn iphone, FaceTime is always full screen; if you mean your face, I believe you can switch the sizes of faces by simply spreading your icon out with 2 fingers.
