This wikiHow teaches you how to change the time on your Fitbit device. The Fitbit get's it's time from the network. You can't change the time on your Fitbit, but you can change the time zone.

Steps

    Tap to open the Fitbit app. It's the app that has a light-blue circle with a dot pattern in the shape of a diamond.

    Tap the account icon. It's the icon that resembles a card with a circle and some lines. It's in the upper-right corner.

    Tap Advanced settings. It's towards the bottom of the menu. You will need to scroll down.

    Tap Select time zone. This option will be grey out if "Automatic time zone" is turned on.

    Select a new time zone. Tap the radial button next to the time zone you wish to select.

    Tap the image of your Fitbit device. It's towards the top, just below the blue header that says "Devices".

    Tap Sync Now. The app will now sync with your Fitbit device with your chosen time zone.
