How to Cancel a SoundCloud Subscription on iPhone or iPad

This wikiHow teaches you how to cancel your current SoundCloud Go subscription directly with Apple, using an iPhone or iPad. If you have purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, you will have to cancel your subscription directly with Apple.

Steps

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Find and tap the
icon on your home screen to open the Settings menu.

Tap your name at the top of Settings. Your full name is listed next to your Apple ID avatar at the top of the Settings menu. It will open your Apple ID menu.

Tap iTunes & App Store on the Apple ID menu. This option is listed next to the
icon. It will open your iTunes and App Store preferences on a new page.

Tap your Apple ID at the top. Your Apple ID email address is listed at the top of the iTunes and App Store page. Tapping will open a pop-up menu.

Select View Apple ID in the pop-up. This will open your Account Settings menu on a new page. You can customize your Apple ID preferences here.
- If you're not already logged in, you may need to sign in with your Apple ID here. In this case, enter your password, and tap Sign in.

Tap Subscriptions in Account Settings. This will open a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.

Tap your SoundCloud Go subscription. This will open your subscription's details on a new page.

Tap the Cancel Subscription button. You can find this option at the bottom of your screen.
- You will be asked to confirm your action in a new pop-up window.

Tap Confirm in the confirmation pop-up. This will confirm your action, and cancel your SoundCloud Go subscription.
- You can still use your subscription until the end of your current billing period, or your next renewal date.
- Once this period has ended, you'll be downgraded to the standard, free account status.
- The confirmation pop-up will indicate the end of your current billing cycle.

Warning

If you've purchased your subscription on a computer, you will have to use a computer and a desktop internet browser again to cancel your subscription.
