This wikiHow teaches you how to cancel your subscription to TuneIn Radio using an Android phone or tablet.

Steps

    Go to https://tunein.com/ in a web browser. You can use any web browser on your Android, including Chrome or Firefox, to access the TuneIn Radio website. It’s not possible to cancel your subscription using the TuneIn Radio app.

    Tap the menu. It’s at the top-right corner of Chrome or Firefox. If you’re using a different browser, you may have to tap something different to open the menu.

    Tap Desktop site or Request desktop site. A check mark will appear in the box beside this option, and then the TuneIn site will reload to the desktop version.

    Tap ≡ Browse Categories. It’s at the top-left corner of the page. A menu will expand.

    Tap Sign Up/In. It’s at the top of the menu.

    Sign in to TuneIn. The steps vary depending on how you set up your account:
    • If your TuneIn account is connected to your Google account, tap Sign in with Google, then follow the on-screen instructions to sign in.
    • If you used Facebook to set up your account, tap Sign in with Facebook, then log in to your Facebook account as prompted.
    • If you signed up with an email address and password, tap Sign In at the bottom of the page, then follow the on-screen instructions to log into your account.

    Tap ≡ Browse Categories again. It’s at the top-left corner of the page.

    Tap Settings. It’s near the bottom of the menu.

    Tap the Subscription tab. It’s at the top of the page.

    Tap Cancel Subscription. It’s the last link under “Payment Details.” A confirmation message will appear.

    Tap Complete Cancellation. This cancels your subscription. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
