Open your iPhone or iPad’s Settings
. This app is usually located on the home screen.
- Use this method if your Netflix subscription is billed to your Apple/iTunes account.

Tap iTunes & App Store. It’s a blue icon containing a white ″A.″

Tap your Apple ID. It’s at the top of the menu.

Tap View Apple ID. It’s the first option.

Enter your passcode or use Touch ID.

Tap Subscriptions.

Tap Netflix. Some details about your subscription will appear.
- If you don’t see your Netflix subscription, you are not subscribed to the service with this Apple ID. Sign in with a different Apple ID or cancel in the Netflix app.

Tap Cancel Subscription. It’s the red text at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Confirm. Once canceled, your Netflix subscription will remain active until the final date of the current billing cycle.^{[1]
