How to Block Porn from Google Chrome

This wikiHow teaches you how to block pornographic sites in Google Chrome. While there is no way to block porn from within Chrome's settings, you can install a Chrome extension to block porn. You cannot block porn on the iPhone or Android versions of Google Chrome.

Using Adult Blocker

Go to the Adult Blocker extension page. This will open the Adult Blocker window.

Click ADD TO CHROME. It's a blue button in the top-right corner of the window.

Click Add extension when prompted. This will install Adult Blocker in your Chrome browser.

Click the Adult Blocker icon. It resembles a silhouette of an infant. You'll find it in the top-right corner of the Chrome page. Doing so prompts a drop-down menu.

Enter a password. Type a password into the "Password" and "Re-enter" password fields that are in the drop-down box.

Click Save. This will apply a password to Adult Blocker's settings, making it impossible for anyone else to disable Adult Blocker.

Open your Chrome Extensions page. Type chrome://extensions into Chrome's address bar and press ↵ Enter. This will open a list of your extensions.

Scroll down to the Adult Blocker extension. If Adult Blocker is the only extension here, you don't need to scroll down.

Check the "Allow in Incognito" box. It's below the extension's name on the left side of the page. This will prevent people from using Incognito mode to bypass your porn blocker's settings.
