Everyone gets nervous, whether it be staying home by yourself or running in gym class. But in the case of asking someone out, you can get extremely skittish and end up embarrassing yourself . Here are some ways to keep your cool while asking someone out.

1Think of ways to relax all that tension. Meditating, singing, and reading are some good ways to ease some stress for the upcoming event.
