Anyone who feels God, can see and feel God in them. They live with God. God lives with them in their hearts. They feel God as an energy around them and within them. They realize that God is a higher faith, a greater presence. They crave Him.

Realize that there are different conceptions of God within the same religion. Moses has in contrast to Jesus, an abstract concept of God. In his central definition Moses describes God as: "I am." These words refer to God as a happy state of being which one experiences in the enlightenment. In the words "I am" the royal road to enlightenment is mentioned. Man must develop a cosmic consciousness. He loses the sense of his self (ego). He experiences himself as pure consciousness, as one with everything and can say only, "I am." He can not say: "I am the ... (name)." He identifies himself with everything. In yoga it is called Sat-Chid-Ananda, the compound from being, unity and bliss.

Prove God through the enlightenment. There are millions of witnesses in the world for the fact of enlightenment. Million people in all cultures and at all times have attained enlightenment. They have all had the same experience, although they have used different words to describe God: "nature, universe, Tao, Brahman, Nirvana, Manitou, Allah, Yahweh". Modern science has studied many enlightened and confirmed their specific abilities. Everyone can check the proof.^{[6]

Question the other person's lack of belief and ask them if they know about the complexities of the sciences. If they do then how can they possibly think that such a perfectly run world can exist without another force managing it? One planet slightly sped up or slowed down could destroy the whole of mankind. You cannot see, hear, touch, or smell many things, but that does not prevent them from being. There is a lot in the universe that is not yet understood physically -- that does not mean it ds not exist or cannot be "real." Remember that belief in God takes faith -- which by definition requires uncertainty.

There are many answers. And no one satisfies us really. Suffering is. We must accept it in order to achieve inner peace. In the enlightenment we can rise above the suffering. Suffering is an important force to seek for enlightenment and a life in God. Find the spiritual techniques that help you.

Where is the proof Matthieu Ricard is enlightened, and the proof that proves God? The sources given basically just say he meditates.

Everyone becomes more enlightened when they meditate. Those who practice regularly become aware that there's something greater out there. Sometimes, you can astral plane (leave your body).

Warnings

New insights may emerge constantly. The evaluation of research results is extremely difficult. Many views are possible. And that's a good thing. God is bigger than human capacity. Only circumstantial evidences are possible. And ratings are subjected to the principle of free evaluation. Everyone may form their own opinion.
