Steps
-
1Open Zillow on your iPhone or iPad. The app has a blue icon with a white house inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen.

-
2Tap Your Home. It’s the house icon at the bottom of the screen.[1]Advertisement
-
3Tap Owner. It’s at the top of the screen.
- If you don’t see this option, you’ll need to claim your home first. To do this, tap Search for your home, enter the address, select it from the search results, and then tap Claim.
- Once you’ve claimed your home, you’ll have an Owner tab.
-
4Tap List Home. Two different listing types will appear.
-
5Tap For Sale By Owner.
-
6Enter your listing details. This is where you can set a price, add a detailed description, upload great photographs, and make sure Zillow’s facts are up-to-date.
-
7Scroll down and agree to the terms and ownership verification. Zillow must verify that you own the property before listing it on their site.
-
8Tap Post for sale by owner. Once your ownership is verified, the listing will be live on Zillow. The verification process can take up to 72 hours.[2]Advertisement
