Strokes are bold outlines which can be applied for any layer in Adobe Photoshop CS5. This is EASY.

Steps

    Insert the text.
    • Make sure it's not bold.

    Right click on the text layer.
  3. 3
    Click on "Blending Options".
  4. 4
    At the left of the blending window, you will find some options including "Stroke"; Click on it.

    Configure the stroke options.
    • Like width, color, spread, etc.

    Hit "Ok".
