How to Add Bookly App to a Webpage on iPhone or iPad

This wikiHow teaches you how to add a Bookly booking form to your Wordpress site when you’re using an iPhone or iPad. You'll need to purchase and install the Bookly plugin before working with it on your phone or tablet.

Steps

Install the Bookly plugin. You’ll need to do this in a web browser on a computer. Once the plugin is installed on your Wordpress server you can manage it with your iPhone or iPad. Here’s how to get Bookly:^{[1]

- Purchase and download Bookly from their Code Canyon website. Make sure to keep track of your purchase code because you’ll need to enter it in a moment.
- Unzip the archive on your computer.
- Log in to your Wordpress dashboard as an administrator.
- Click Plugins.
- Click Add New.
- Click Upload.
- Select appointment-booking.zip and select Install Now.
- Return to the dashboard and select Installed Plugins.
- Activate the plugin.
- Click the Bookly menu and select Settings.
- Click Purchase Code.
- Enter the purchase code.

Open Wordpress on your iPhone or iPad. It’s the blue icon with a white ″W″ inside. You’ll usually find it on the home screen.
- If you’re not already signed in to the account you use to manage your blog, do so now.

Tap My Sites. It’s at the bottom-left corner of the screen.^{[2]

Tap your site. This opens the site’s dashboard.

Tap Pages. It’s under the ″PUBLISH″ header.

- If you want to create a new page, tap the + at the top-right corner of the screen.^{[4]

Tap the ″Add Bookly Booking Form″ button. It looks like a calendar. You’ll usually have to tap the right-facing arrow a few times before it appears. A list of fields for your booking form will appear.
- If you’re not able to see the options, try connecting to your Wordpress dashboard in your web browser instead of the iPhone app.

Select fields to add to the form. You can require the customer to enter or select an option for any of the listed categories.^{[5]

- Some of the categories require you to enter default values, such as Categories and Services.
- If you don’t want to require a customer to enter information for a certain field, remove it from the form.

Tap Insert. This inserts the form into the current page.
- To add the same form to a different page, open the other page in editing mode, then recreate the form.
- To see a preview of the page with the form, tap ⋯ and select Preview.

Save your changes. To publish the page with your changes, tap Post at the top-right corner.
