Method 9 of 10:Ability to Connect to Your Phone Remotely

- To do so, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your companion phone, then tap Account and backup. Toggle on the switch that says Remote connection.
- This feature only applies when your watch is paired to an Android smartphone, so it won’t work for iPhone users.
Method 10
Method 10 of 10:SOS Request Feature
-
1This safety feature allows you to end SOS messages to a group of emergency contacts by pressing your watch’s home button three times quickly. Since your watch is attached to you all day, it's one of the most reliable devices you can use for an emergency message system.
-
2To enable SOS messages, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Then select Send SOS requests, then enter the contacts you’d like these requests to be sent to.
- You can also toggle on “Count down before sending,” which gives you a few seconds to stop accidental messages.
